LEEVAC Industries LLC launched vessel AET “Excellence”. The second vessel in a line of “first of a kind” Lightering Support Vessels built for American Eagle Tankers. The AET “Excelence” will soon join the “Innovator” in the only fleet dedicated to lightering support in the Gulf of Mexico.
