According to SWZ Maritime, Niron Staal has recently secured orders for advanced equipment valued to approximately €2,0 million. Vosta LMG, Subsea7, Bibby Offshore (through sister company Shipdock), IHC Handling Systems and an undisclosed party in the offshore industry awarded the orders to the company.
Cutter Heads for Ambiorix
Co-maker Vosta LMG awarded the largest order, which includes construction of cutter heads for DEME in Belgium.
These cutters will be installed on DEME’s CSD Ambiorix. The cutter heads shall be delivered in the second and third quarter of this year.
