On Friday, September 28th, Shipyard Ferus Smit B.V., Westerbroek delivered m.v. Vlieborg (yard number 407) to Royal Wagenborg.
Together with the Vikingbank and next ships in this series the Vlieborg is completed with a newly developed bow. Not only do the sharper lines save on engine power but also result in smoother sailing and maintaining a high speed.
Shortly after delivery, m.v. Vlieborg left Delfzijl for Oxelösund to load steel products for the Great Lakes.
